A poster shows that Hitler originally wanted to call his forthcoming book ‘Viereinhalb Jahre - des Kampfes -  gegen Lüge, Dummheit und Feigheit’ - Four and a Half Years of Fighting Against Stupidity, Lies and Cowardice.  

It was changed to  Mein Kampf - English translation: My Struggle in two volumes. Title change was attributed to Max Amann, Hitler’s publisher.

Hitler had relationships with Mimi Reiter in the 1920s, with his half-niece Geli Raubal and later a mistress, Eva Braun.

Nazi policies toward women strongly encouraged them to stay at home to bear children and keep house. 

In a speech to the National Socialist Women's Organization, in September 1934, Hitler argued that for the German woman her "world is her husband, her family, her children, and her home." This policy was reinforced by bestowing the Cross of Honor of the German Mother on women bearing four or more babies. The unemployment rate was cut substantially, mostly through arms production and sending women home so that men could take their jobs.                          
Adolph Hitler was baptized into the Catholic Church in 1889.

Klara was Alois' third wife and was also his half-niece, so a papal dispensation had to be obtained for the marriage.
Alois Hitler was born illegitimate.

From the beginning of 1877, 12 years before Adolf was born, his father called himself Hitler, and his son was never known by any other name until his opponents dug up this long-forgotten village scandal and tried, without justification, to label him with his grandmother's name of Schicklgruber - from 'Hitler, A Study in Tyranny'  written by Alan Bullock - 1952.
