How do I put a quote on a picture?

Simply click on a quote anywhere on the Quotation Fun site, and you will be taken to the Pictures page where your quote will be displayed on a random picture from our collection.

How do I change the look of the quote on a picture?

Simply make sure there are "blue squares" at the corners of the quote and then select one of the many tools above to change the look of your quote to suit the picture.

How do I change the picture to a different one?

Simply click the "Change Background Picture" button and click on any of the picture thumbnails you see to replace the current picture.

How can I see all the quotes by a particular Author?

Simply click on the name of the Author underneath a quote to see a list of all the quotes by that Author.

Another way to see all the quotes by a particular Author is to click on the alphabet letter in the header that corresponds to the first letter of the Author's last name. Then select the Author you want from the list to see a list of all the quotes by that Author.

How can I see all the quotes on a particular Topic?

Simply click on the Topic menu item and you will see an alphabetical list of all our Topics. Click the topic you are interested in to see a list of all the quotes on that Topic.

Husband, Prince Philip of Greece and Denmark, couple are second cousins once removed. 
Phillip had sisters who had married German noblemen with Nazi links.
Phillip was of the House of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg, a branch of the House of Oldenburg.

Father Prince Albert, Duke of York,  later King George VI.

In post-war Britain, it was not acceptable for any of the Duke of Edinburgh's German relations to be invited to the wedding, including Philip's three sisters.

King George V by royal proclamation on the 17 July 1917, when he changed the name of his family from the German Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, a branch of the House of Wettin to the English Windsor.

Gotha G.IV, a German heavy aircraft capable of crossing the English Channel began bombing London directly.
